Tile Night
On the 13th, Alanna and I attended "Tile Night," at her school. The event was a fundraiser for the Bennett Valley Education Foundation (BVEF), a non-profit organization that I recently joined as a Board member. Through family contributions and fundraisers, the BVEF funds and supports the District-wide Art and Music Programs.

Hiking with Little E
A couple of weeks ago, we dropped Alanna off at her friend's birthday party. We asked Ethan if there was anything special he'd like to do that afternoon, and his reply was, "hiking!" We had a great time together in Annadel. So glad our kiddos are catching the hiking bug.

Purim
Last week we continued our annual tradition of baking Hamentaschen for Purim. I have fond memories of making them with Mom and Mel, and love baking the delicious cookies with Alanna and Ethan too!
