Riding Lesson

Keeping with tradition, Alanna is the fifth generation in my family to take riding lessons. She received four lessons as a birthday gift from my parents. Yesterday was her first class at Apple Creek Ranch in Sebastopol. She was a bit nervous at first, but then completely relaxed when she got up on her horse, Bo. I am so proud of her!

Soccer

Ethan started his first soccer class last week with "Lil' Kickers," and loves it!

Field Trip

Ethan and I went on his first field trip on the 19th. He had such fun exploring and playing with his buddies at the pumpkin patch.

Peter Pumpkin Patch

Yesterday we visited Peter Pumpkin Patch at the Spring Hill Cheese Co. in Petaluma. The kids had a great time climbing the hay pyramids, petting Jersey calves, running through a hay maze, and picking out pumpkins to bring home.

Oregonians

The Oregonian Magers were in town for Laura's brother's wedding this weekend. We had a great visit with them yesterday afternoon. It was so awesome watching the little ones play together. Alanna LOVED Abby and was teary-eyed when she left last night.
