Lila Faye

Yesterday I got to meet my second niece, Lila Faye Douglas! Mel and Pete welcomed her into the world at 6:11pm on November 28th. She is totally adorable with a full head of brown hair. She weighed in at 7lbs, 8oz and measured 20 inches long. Mom and Lila are doing well and come home from the hospital today.

Thanksgiving '12

This year we traveled up to Sacramento to celebrate Thanksgiving at Mel and Pete's. My Uncle Russ and his girlfriend, Karen joined us from NY. The day was filled with good company, delicious food, wine, and lots of laughter. We were hoping Baby Douglas would arrive while we were in town, but she or he has not made an appearance yet...any day now!
